We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and abroad.
Once your payment is verified and processed, orders are processed within 2-4 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package

Stolen/ Damaged items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS or DHL has marked your package as delivered.
If for any reason, your item is not deliverable and is returned to the store, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee)
Please carefully reconfirm your address. In the event that your request for your order reshipped, there will be a fresh shipping and handling fee.
